Shri Dhairyasheel Sambhajirao Mane

Shri Dhairyasheel Sambhajirao Mane is a prominent Indian politician associated with the Shiv Sena party, representing the Hatkanangle constituency in Maharashtra. Born in 1981, he hails from a politically influential family; his mother, Nivedita Mane, served as an MP from the Ichalkaranji constituency, and his grandfather, Rajaram Mane, was also a member of the Lok Sabha for five terms, representing the same area.

Dhairyasheel’s political career began at the local level, where he was elected to the Rukadi Gram Panchayat in 2002. He subsequently served as a member of the Kolhapur Zilha Parishad, where he was elected in 2007 and later became the deputy president in 2009. He continued to serve on the Zilha Parishad, being re-elected in 2012 and assuming the role of opposition leader

In the 2019 general elections, Mane successfully contested and won the Lok Sabha seat from Hatkanangle, securing over 585,000 votes. His victory was significant, as he won against the backdrop of a competitive political landscape. As of 2024, he is set to contest again for the 18th Lok Sabha from the same constituency.

The Hatkanangle constituency, part of Kolhapur district, has a diverse electorate, and Mane’s family background in politics has likely contributed to his electoral success. His ongoing role in the Lok Sabha and his plans for the upcoming elections position him as a key figure in Maharashtra’s political arena
