Shri Dushyant Singh is a seasoned politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), representing the Jhalawar-Baran constituency in Rajasthan. Born on September 11, 1973, in Mumbai, he is the son of Vasundhara Raje, a prominent political leader and former Chief Minister of Rajasthan, and Maharaj Hemant Singh. Dushyant comes from a royal lineage, and his family has deep roots in both politics and the aristocracy.

Dushyant Singh completed his education at prestigious institutions. He holds a B.A. from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi, an MBA in Hotel Administration from Johnson and Wales University in the U.S., and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Operations from IHTTI School of Management in Switzerland. Before entering politics, he gained experience in the hospitality industry, working for renowned hotel chains like Sheraton and as a real estate analyst at Hospitality Valuation Services in Delhi.

His political career began in 2004 when he was elected to the 14th Lok Sabha. Since then, he has consistently won re-election, serving four consecutive terms in Parliament. Dushyant has contributed to significant infrastructural improvements in his constituency, including better roads and rail connectivity, and helped establish the Kolana Airport in Jhalawar.

Outside of politics, Dushyant is involved in business, particularly in the hospitality sector, and has a passion for wildlife conservation, tourism, and reading. He is married to Niharika Raje, the princess of the Samthar State, and the couple has a son and a daughter.
